Ordering from hellobonafide.com was straightforward for me. Compared to a lot of other sites where I feel like I’m clicking around forever, this one was easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly.
The only small issue was during checkout. One page took a little longer to load than I expected, and I had to go back and double-check my shipping info before it actually saved.
Once I finished, the confirmation email came through right away, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience and smoother than many online orders I’ve placed, just with a tiny hiccup along the way...

The box showed up looking shockingly neat, like it had escaped some grand shipping disaster without a scratch. No dents, no damage, nothing dramatic at all, just solid packaging doing its job.

I’ve ordered from Bonafide a few times now, the deliveries have been really dependable. Everything shows up when they say it will, the tracking actually works, and I haven’t had anything go missing. It’s nice dealing with a company that seems to respect customers enough to do what they promise.

I gave Bonafide a try because I was really hoping for a non-hormonal option, but i didn’t notice much of a difference after a few weeks!!! The website was easy enough to use and everything, but the products felt expensive for something that didn’t really help me much!!! Maybe other people have better results, but for me, it just wasn’t worth it!!!

I ordered from Bonafide and ended up needing to send it back, but the whole return process was way more annoying than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, and I had to email them more than once just to figure out what was going on. What really got old was having to keep verifying the same details over and over, like they couldn’t just look up the info from my previous messages.
The refund did eventually come through, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I thought it would and there wasn’t much communication in the meantime. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again

I’ve had my Bonafide subscription for a few months now and, uh, it’s been really simple. My orders show up when they’re supposed to, and changing the delivery date was easy too. No weird issues so far, which I really appreciate

I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. The products are on the expensive side, and while they weren’t bad, the results were average for me. For what I paid, I definitely expected a little more.
